In my experience, corporate/interview attire can be divided into three buckets (these are general descriptions of each type, we’ll give specific examples for men and women tomorrow).
Simple Style: This dress is fun, simple, and still professional. Decisions don’t have to be political and rational, but they don’t have to be systematic.
Business Casual: We don’t offer full dress here, but we are on the more formal side compared to Smart Casual.
For boys this means a sports jacket, trousers and leather shoes. For women, this is a neutral shirt (with a blouse, shirt, or blouse if necessary), matching pants, sneakers, or high-heeled pumps.

Business Formal: This is your business style. Consider banks, lawyers, consultants, etc. However, just because it’s formal, doesn’t mean you can’t show off some of your personality!
