It’s been a while since I updated on Keto so I thought it would be fun to share in the new year! Last September I hit some big milestones: 2 years since starting keto and 50 lbs. Lost!! When I started this way of eating in 2016, I didn’t expect to be able to stick with it like I did. But I really like how I feel about keto, and I’ve made great health improvements that I hope will continue.

In September 2016, after 4.5 years of infertility, I was finally diagnosed with PCOS and insulin resistance and my doctor put me on a ketogenic diet to treat my symptoms.
