“Monday sessions help me stay organized on weekends when I’m more likely to cheat,” says Naylor. “If you don’t have access to a peer group – start your own! Find like-minded people who understand and support you.”
“I learned to eat fish. I didn’t care before, but I bought a deep fryer that helped me cook without oil, and I really liked the taste,” Naylor said.
